Definition of Bahá’í Faith,The, Bahá‘u’lláh: A sect of Islam evolving into a major independent religion with approximately five million believers worldwide. Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad, Bahá‘u’lláh and others are viewed as a succession of divine messengers. A 19th century Persian teacher, the Báb, (or “Gate”) predicted Bahá'u'lláh's coming. Bahá’í advocates a new global order of sexual equality, a one-world economic system to eliminate poverty, and a one-world religion.

Bahai: Internet Guide to Religion, Wabah Center - A selective, annotated guide provided by the Wabash Center to a wide variety of electronic resources of interest to those who are involved in the study and practice of religion: syllabi, electronic texts, electronic journals, web sites, bibliographies, liturgies, reference resources, software, etc. The purpose of the Guide is to encourage and facilitate the incorporation of electronic resources into teaching.

Matt Slick who is the founder and president; Ryan Turner a researcher and writer; Diane Sellner who runs the discussion boards and chat room. The purpose of the website is toequip Christians with the truth, to expose the error of false religious systems, evolution, to teach apologetics, help Christians defend the faith, and to glorify the Lord Jesus.

Bahai Faith: Beliefnet - Beliefnet is independent and not affiliated with any spiritual organization or movement. Beliefnet was founded in 1999 by Steven Waldman and Robert Nylen. Steven Waldman conceived of the idea for Beliefnet in 1998 and teamed up with magazine publisher Robert Nylen to launch Beliefnet.com on December 28, 1999.
